The measurement process is unaffected by the object’s color, transparency, glossiness, or
ambient light, ensuring accurate and reliable results with high measurement precision.
Various sizes are available, including M12, M18, M30, φ40, φ73.
It has a smaller blind spot and a longer detection distance, up to 6 meters.
Equipped with temperature compensation, it is unaffected by ambient temperature changes.
Strong anti-interference capability, enhanced resistance to electromagnetic and radio
frequency interference.
It has short circuit protection and power polarity protection functions, effectively preventing
damage to the circuit.
It is equipped with NPN, PNP switch outputs, RS485 communication outputs, and 4-20mA,
0-10VDC analog outputs.
The self-learning function is realized through multifunctional input, and the detection distance
can be remotely set via buttons or cables.
Completely unaffected by dust, dirt, and fog.
Applications
Ultrasonic sensors have a wide range of applications: Filling level detection, liquid surface detection, distance measurement, height measurement,
interval measurement, coil diameter measurement, dimension measurement, material stack height measurement, diameter and speed measurement.
Principle
ltrasonic sensors are widely used in harsh and complex industrial environments due to their excellent performance. They are especially
useful for detecting materials with reflective surfaces or in applications that require precise measurements. The characteristics of
ultrasonic media allow them to operate in environments where conventional sensors are ineffective. Factors such as the color of the
detected object, environmental noise, and dust in the air do not affect the functionality of ultrasonic sensors. Ultrasonic sensors provide a
non-contact distance detection solution and, with their long and wide detection range, solve many practical application challenges.
Ultrasonic sensors compensate for the shortcomings of proximity switches and photoelectric switches. Compared to inductive or
capacitive proximity switches, they are better suited for applications requiring longer sensing distances. Compared to photoelectric
switches, ultrasonic sensors are more resistant to dirt and are not affected by the shape or color of objects. They are particularly suitable
for detecting high-density objects and materials with good acoustic reflectivity, such as solids, liquids, and small granular substances.
