The CV-RBASE1 is described as the “PlantCruise Redundancy Base Adder”

software (CV-DBASE1) and point licenses to create a fully redundant system.
This option does not include the server redundancy function for the standard
2,000 SCADA points that come with the base software, which requires
separate point redundancy licenses.
